SHMU FOOD REVIEW: I finally went to Marination!

I have been dreaming of going to Marination for a long time and i finally got the chance to go with my friend.

Marination's food is a Korean/Hawaiian mix with a little bit of Mexican influence. Now this might sound really weird for most of you guys, but trust me, it comes together in the most delectable way possible. So I'm Gonna break down what I had:

Two Kalbi Beef Tacos: If you know me well enough, you know I love Korean BBQ. The taste of their marinated beef is delicious. It defiantly out does any sort of rub or BBQ sauce us Americans can cook up. Anyways this taco takes the Kalbi and puts it in a taco with special sause and a signature slaw on top.

Two Spicy Pork Tacos: This was also inspired by Korean BBQ, which also made it amazing. On this they had the same slaw but a different meat and a spicy sauce instead of a more savory one.

THOUGHTS:

I have to say every bite of these tacos was amazing. They took two of my favorite things, tacos and Korean BBQ and put it in one.

Out of all of the street vendors SHMU has eaten at so far Marination is defiantly the best tasting and the most unique (I still love Maximus Minimus...but it is closed right now). Unfortunately they are usually only open during lunch hours. This makes it hard to go to on the weekdays due to school and hard on the weekends if you sleep in.

So plan in advance to go to Marination on a Saturday, It will be well worth it. Take a friend too because they will be jealous as to how you discovered such a delectable thing.

VERDICT? GOD LIKE. PLAN ON GOING HERE. YOUR MISSING OUT ON SEATTLE'S GREATEST SECRET!!!!
