This song is fucking awesome. Especially the music in the Chorus, it gets stuck in your head. I think I've listened to this song like 20 times in the last day. How did I miss this song when I downloaded this album a year or two back!

STARGARD
In honor of probably my most faithful viewer Margard and his success at tonight's basketball game I know of flash indie game that has the same name as his old nick name Stargard (actully the game is spelled Star Gaurd but we will let that slide.)
This is about Chris' life story battling an evil wizard. You can ask him about it. it's a true story.
It's a indie game and I have to say its really hard, but the checkpoints are reasonable and beating the final boss is very satisfying but really difficult. The art style is also very simple,cool, Atari inspired, and the text keeps you entertained.
You can download it for Mac or PC (ITS FOR FREE TOO...SO WHY NOT)

So the new windows mobile was announced today and its UI looks sexy. they have not unveiled all the features, but some include total Xbox Live integration. Look at these pictures it makes the IPhone UI look a little dated.

MGMT's New Album Release Date: April 13
Album Name: Congratulations
SHMU PREDICTION: I think with the success of Vampire Weekends new album topping the billboard charts opening and number of people who now listen to "Time To Pretend." I predict this album will push them to the top. I wouldn't be surprised if they topped the Billboards Also. This is one album I will actually buy (that is if the critics give it thumbs up.)
P.S. about Vampire Weekend: I know I was skeptical about Vampire Weekend's (VW) new album when I heard "Horchata" for the first time but time has changed my opinion. Once you get past the fact that VW has moved in a different direction that has almost alienated themselves from their old music, you are left with an awesome more electronic album that still has that VW flair. Congrats on your success. I think that this is the first example where an indie band has not "sold out" to hit it big on the charts. Infact its weird because the new album seems less accessible then the old.

what i said above was not true. A british artist/navel officer named Norman Wilkinson thought that painting geometric patterns on ships would confuse the U-boats as to where the allied ships were heading. I don't know what effect this had on the U-boats, but who cares when it looks so cool.

I saw this on design boom and drooled a bit, both chairs were made using computer design techniques. Then they used cardboard that was made from recycled pulp. Designed by liam hopkins and artist richard sweeney.

I have no Idea about who this artist is but this song is dope. Reminds me of Daft Punk with a little 8-Bit and Chip Tune style of music mixed in. I will find out more info about this dude but in the mean time here is the song.
